Element NEMT provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services only. We do not provide emergency medical services, ambulance transport, medical treatment, or 911 response services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Our services are available to individuals who do not require emergency medical care during transportation and whose transportation needs can be safely met by our drivers and vehicles. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if we determine that a passenger's condition requires emergency medical attention.

Transportation requests must be submitted via our online request form, by phone, or by email. All trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Element NEMT. A trip is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting transportation, including pickup and drop-off addresses, appointment times, passenger mobility needs, and any relevant access information. Element NEMT is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and other parties. Element NEMT reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger engages in abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior.

Element NEMT will exercise reasonable care in the provision of transportation services. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles.

Element NEMT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
